I request faiithe to be removed from admin for the following reasons:
she keeps telling me to shut up when im just interacting, sure i may be annoying some times but she just looks for reasons to mute or ban
second she muted me for 11111 minutes for no fucking reason
if i try to prove a point she is saying its disrespect and muted
i think its really unfair
and since i found a loophole in the rules of sprays she says its illigal and tryed to ban me

I have never seen "yair864" in-game. So I want to ask you for your in-game name, which would help a lot to solve this problem.

Then I can tell the problem with you for a bit.. Faiithe told me that she thinks it is highly annoying that you talk that much, that barely anyone can talk in general. Also the things you told over the mic, she thought he began to be gross.. I don't think this mute were you are talking about, was totally unnecessary. I might be a bit of a high amount of time for a mute, but the problem is.. You talk a bit overloaded much. I hope you learned your lesson with the mute and take the information she and all other players give you.

First of all the very reason why I muted you was you were a constant pain in my ass. You scream in the mic, and you constantly argue with me about the rules, and you've been disrespecting me since day one.

Now the entire reason why this guy is posting this thread is because he posted a freaking porn spray in the server. Now he thinks that it's allowed because he found a loop hole to the rule of pornographic spray because he censored, say the X-rayted part. Well this spray is not only suggestive enough, but it was also deemed gory by other players. One look and they all recoiled at the sight.

So of course I removed it and told him not to do it again, but instead of being a good player, he sprays it again and starts arguing with me that it's allowed. Everyone else in the server seems to have gotten the hint that his spray isn't allowed, but he doesn't stop.

I'm not going to say I hate you Fuzzy, but I don't like your attitude in the server, thinking that you know better than I do. I wouldn't get in your case so much if you know how to follow the damn rules and stop giving me a headache.

I've issued a starter warning, which includes a twenty-four hour mute, and have removed the 1 week mute. I have personally told him to take this as a serious warning, and have warned him that future consequences will not be as lenient.

Oh I gave you too many 1's there. So I guess that was the only mistake I ever did trying to deal with you. Was only meant to give you a day. Oops.

Few obvious rules to follow that would prevent further situations like this
1: Everything an admin says is final, dont argue with it over the server, discuss it on the forum.
2: If it seems like a bad idea and possibly against the rules, dont do it.
3: Be considerate of others. If your spray is disgusting you might find it funny, but others are repulsed.

Personally, I would care less of any kind of spray, but due to the fact that TF2 is geared for a younger player base, you do need to watch what you have as a spray.

Fuzzy, I'm gonna be frank and say that you are a pain in the ass to listen to and even then I'm pretty lenient towards you. If an admin tells you to tone it down a level, it's not smart to continue screaming. Also, I'm pretty sure ya can't really request an admin's removal right off the bat for some stupid reason like this. Make a ban/mute/gag appeal or just post what you think a certain admin is doing.

Faiithe, most of us agree with you, but if Fuzzy or any player in general is trying to explain anything, listen to them regardless if you think they're annoying or not. You signed up for admin, it's this kind of crap we have to deal with.

Just thought I'd throw this in.

There is no porn spray rules unless it is xxx then it can be removed with a warning. Again then hour ban after that if you see it warn with a kick and then a day ban and so on. Micspamming is the same warn then temp mute depending on how long the map has left 15 mins. So on.

When an admin asks you to shut up, you need to shut up! When they tell you that your spray offends them or isn't allowed, you need to listen to them and don't put it back up! Your behavior that I've observed is borderline troll, and you trying to remove an admin is nothing short of ludicrous.

Fire is big on freedom of speech, but that doesn't mean you can come onto the servers and offend the other players or dominate the voice chat. Please be considerate and respectful to the other players (especially the admins), or I will have to permanently ban you. Thanks!

I don't believe a perm ban would be necessary for a first offence. If he's disrespecting/spamming use mute/gag/silence.
