Well , I Was Screwing Around On Idle Server 2 , And A "Admin" Joined. I Asked Him If He Would Do Something About The Illegal Sentries Being Built, And I Got No Response. I Asked If He Was A Admin For This Server Or A Different One , And Still , No Response. After He Change His Name, And I Find Out He Has Under 500 Hours Played On TF2, I Decide To Come Here And Make This. So, Is He A Impersonator Or Not.

Yes. This person is an impersonator. I don't know why he's coming onto Idle and doing such things. And it looks like this isn't his first time of doing the impersonation too, so I think the proper measure here would be a permanent ban. I'll leave it to the appeals case to decide if the ban should be reduced to a smaller term or not, because he has four different names of doing so.
