First of all I'd like to say that I'm not going to appeal this ban because I know what the outcome will be and the offense was too great for it to be removed.

Secondly, I'd like to explain my actions. I used to be a regular on the Freak Fortress server over a year ago (74.91.119.154:27016). On some occasions, time after time, I received several fair mutes for mic spam and spamming the chat, however most of this was what you'd call 'banter' . This apparently caused a bad image (of me) to shape up for one of your admins, who always seems to be on the ball to punish me, insult me and threaten me for any reason they can find.

As a matter of fact, another Admin added me on steam to discuss the aforementioned Admin's views on my behaviour, which I thought was out of order, childish and unprofessional: that the aforementioned Admin could have easily added me themselves to discuss my behaviour in a civilised way and possibly negotiate with me, without getting others involved in a situation that didn't need to grow, surely as an admin they would be able to speak for themselves.

After a year or so hiatus after these events, I return to the server and play me some FF2. It seemed like some cool people were online so I started talking on my mic and having a laugh with the players etc, the banter returned and it was fun. It seemed like I'd been back for 5 minutes when I was muted once again by the same admin who, from what I can determine, at this point, (yes, even after a year or so) still appears to have a grudge on me. I made a small protest/complaint about the situation and was kicked for it, with the kick reason:

'gtfo.''

Very Professional.

Now, I'm one of those guys who doesn't like to get bossed around, and you may argue that because the staff did what they did, I should take it on the chin and deal with it, but I'm not that sort of person.

Today, on the FF2 server, I protested these self-claimed acts of unfair discrimination towards myself by misbehaving in a most abhorrent manner, for which I received a ban, and did the same thing on my alt account. I was advised by one of the admins whilst on the server to appeal my ban after I made a partial complaint and motive description on the server.

I did what I did because I can't stand feeling targeted. I do somewhat regret doing it because it's a decent server with nice regulars and the admin who spoke to me about the matter was very reasonable about the whole situation and treated me with respect. They also advised me that they cannot help me if I'm not going to name any names. I will not name any names because the situation does not need to get out of hand or personal.

However, I refuse to be playing in a server where I constantly feel like I'm under scrutiny and pressure and feel like I'm a target to be victimized because it just feels like I can't be myself or have any fun, maybe I'm just too wild. My behaviour didn't do any justice but it was an expression of 'that's it, I've had enough', so I will not be appealing this ban.

Either me or Amish banned you (I'm thinking it was me but we'll see). You were banned for porn spray and were kicked and warned not to do it. When you returned, you used another porn spray and started micspamming. It's a one day ban, you do it again, and your ban will be longer.

You say you used to be a regular, I don't even remember you. And your reasoning for being away was because of your hate for this admin (which I can already guess who it is), and the most obvious and most mature thing you do after that hiatus was to be a complete ass?

That's a great way to amend what you did after all this time. I suggest you improve yourself before you're going to get permabanned for your actions. Micspamming is not allowed in the server, that is the end of it. If you keep doing it, a perma silence will be issued for you.

I'm not an admin of the server in which you are posting about, but it seems the reasons you were banned for are no less than justified.
