Reason why you think this ban is unfair/uncalled for/biased, etc. Dubstab has been targeting me since he's become admin for reasons that I don't feel should be posted on the fourms but is going to be expressed anyway because of the fact he's posted the conversation on my admin application before.

Reason why we should ungag you: I disrespected no one. He simply could have told me to remove a bind or not say it again. He's never warned me once only ever acted on the situation right away. He's ignoring admin protocol through personal feelings he has twards me.

Dr. Clayton and I were talking about binds and how many we had and dubstab decided to add his input in it and I didn't mind because it was just a comment on a topic. But then he had brought up the topic of troll binds. So I pressed one of mine and said I had 20+ binds for a large keyboard that I use strictly for MVM servers when playing with a group of friends. I have a friend who was there the whole time this happened and said he didn't see any reason for Dubstab to gag me. SMURFASAURUS http://steamcommunity.com/id/greensmurf/

This isn't a thing where I want to bitch and complain about Dubstab being removed as admin but I believe someone should speak to him about learning his place and be explained when and where to use his admin abilities. Now I wish this gag be removed and for Dubstab to release the personal feelings that he has against me because honestly it gets annoying after a while.

Now figured that you already offensed 2 admins and 3 random players WITHIN 2 days.. I already get upset seeing you in-game. Yes, I've been checking up on you lately, because I am getting less and less faith in you, with having you in the server in general. Seeing you have a bind, which you can use even more often on our server, I don't like it to have you around, so I thought a fitting a gag was good for now, figuring out if I can find any further things why I might want to ungag you.

I honestly believe we should even consider a perm ban/silence for you, since ALL admins have told you many, many times to finally play the game normally.


Now let's face a history lesson, from a week ago:

While it may be true that Gandalf will eventually be permasilenced by an admin for his repeated acts of disrespect, you should not have hunted him down and said what you have said in our servers. In no way is calling someone out and swearing them out on our server allowed. If both parties continue such behavior, a permasilence will put on both of you.

Now having all these things stated, I figured myself: If I find/hear anything near to disrespect about Nasty, I will just gag him for a week, which you, I guess, figured I just did. You might even be happy I didn't put a permasilence on you, based on the fact that I actually could with the information above.

First of all those are not "disrespectful screenshots" twards Puka and Varple. They are jokes that you should know MORE THAN ANYONE that all the regulars put against the admins and other players. Stop trying to find reasons to get rid of me just because you're not happy with me. Find something else to worry about. I'd like to point out that you even stated you don't like having me on the server when you're there. You need to learn how to use your admin abilities more accordingly and stop targeting me. Next time follow protocal and serve me a WARNING! before you even think about puting any kind of punishment my way.

Anyway Dub, if that's the case, I wouldn't really find that offensive toward Varple, as for the others I have no say since have no clue what the rest of this is about.

I can probably find more evidence if I go further back in history. Again: The reason I am keeping an extra eye on you, is because of your past.
As for the "joke" with Varple, I cannot know, but that doesn't say that the other 5 are not offenses.

Do I seem stupid to you or something. I'm not going to give you conversations you define as evidence to use against me. You need to stop keeping a "close eye" on me and stop targeting me just because I said things to you in a private chat you didn't like. What you're doing is abusing your power and it needs to stop because from my perspective you don't have the maturity nor the mindset that it takes to be an admin for obvious reasons.

I've not been running from anyone. This is a form of harassment I DEMAND that you stop "keeping a close eye on me" also next time you want to try and accuse ANYONE of disrespecting admins make sure you're getting all the facts in.
