the reason i came here to file an appeal was so that i would dispute it and tell you that I HAVE learned my lesson. i know why i was muted.

I've been discussing this with Neko and I don't think the punishment should be lifted.
You have 19blocks. Not only by joker so you can't blame this on him.
Angel, Mindacos, Moneykidking, Spookleton and myself has muted you in the past. So in my opinion you have clearly not learned your lesson.
In my opinion it stays. But I've told Neko to discuss with the other admins.

The way I look at it you've had 19 chances to change and you didn't. The punishment will stay.
