Talked to Angel Ambrosius about this guy in the past but we came to the agreement he wasn't using an aimbot but now it is very clear now he is using aim assist in the video below.
He had a constant ping of 89 and highs of 202 which occurced twice during the video (28 mins in length but 56 from slowdown use 2x speed)
Latency was only an issue for a small amount of the kills I observed and he had a score of over 500 by the end of the video though scoreboards arnt shown in demos for some reason.

After reviewing the demo, I see no reason to believe that the user was using an aimbot. He has been known to have high ping due to being from Australia. The increased latency seems to account for every "suspicious" shot that was made.

Even though he appears to be clean, I must thank you for trying to assist us in trying to enforce the rules on our servers.
