Ip banned?

So I recently got banned from disc and decided I should buy a new account to play again. I then slowly realized as I found the server Ip I was again banned on a different account which made me kind of depressed. Then I slowly realized that it banned my Ip which I am really angry about it. So If I can get unbanned or atleast the way bans work can be changed would be a good way to work around this problem. My names ingame are x7 Sneakie(Main Account) Sneaky(New Account)

But I still wanted to play on the server so of course I would want to try and play on a non-banned account
Edit: I have a ban dispute, but it kind of never had any more replies as of what I remember.

Sry IF I was idoit or if I still am, but I am a bit new 2 forms since I had randomly got banned from the server for no reason + I did go back and edited it.
